Every elopement / wedding is different. Ranging from 1 month of planning to 18 months of planning. We typically only book 18 months at the furthest before event date, otherwise will keep your name on our waitlist.

We are always happy to start a conversation and help navigate dates (if your flexible) based on time of year and location can be hellpful. However you will need an official date to book with us to start the planning process.

Most of our couples don’t actually see their elopement location till their wedding day. We always arrive a few days before your event date to scout the location and find epic spots that will feel unique, beautiful, and intimate. Can you scout with or without us? Absolutely! We believe team work makes the dream work to make your vision and dream come to life. If your unable to scout with us, we always send a million photos while scouting to get us excited. Or can also leave it surprise ;)
