LAKE CRESCENT ELOPEMENT IN OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK

When you think fairytale wanderlust do you think of the PNW? I feel that the PNW, especially Washington state, embodies that.

If your planning to elope in Washington, Olympic National Park is one of the most epic and beautiful places you could choose. It has so much to offer, from Mountain top views, mossy covered forrest, waterfalls, lakes, and a rugged rocky coast line. All of this sits close to the town of Port Angeles that has one of my fave restaurants, NXT door gastropub and boutique, Moss.

This took place at Lake Crescent & Marrymere falls which is about thirty minute drive west of Port Angeles. If planning to elope out here you can even stay at Lake Crescent Lodge, hike all the trails that surround area or even kayak the lake in the summer months.

No matter what time of year Sunshine or Clouds, the beauty has never disappointed but amazed me.

What I love about Elina and Paul is their sense of wanderlust and the adventurous spirits they have together. They are both creative and artistic souls who love to travel, so adventuring with them in Olympic National Park couldn’t of been a more perfect place to explore and celebrate part of their love story. When visiting the coast, in most places you would normally expect sunshine. But here in Washington I would recommend to embrace the elements as the coast here is one of the rainiest places in the state. Hello rainforest! With that said Olympic National Park is always full of surprises, and almost every time i’ve visited has always welcomed us with an epic sunset.

Some other places to consider eloping or adventure in the park would be: Hurricane Ridge, Sol Duc Falls, Cape Flattery, La Push, Ruby beach, the Hoh rain forrest, and Lake Cushman.
